Merry Christmas Friends! :)

Merry Christmas Everybody! 🙂
We wait all year long for this day, and there is nothing more wonderful than to share this day with the entire world! Celebrating peace, love and happiness!

Today is such a special day! For someone who lives Christmas everyday, I feel like I’m in a snowglobe and today is the day that everyone comes and plays. Tomorrow, everyone will be on their way – but for me it will still be Christmas everyday.

This morning, when I woke up I turned on the radio and heard Fa La La. It is only the third time I’ve heard it on the radio this year and the last day that the world will hear the song on the airwaves. It is a bittersweet feeling as today marks Christmas but also the season finale for Fa La La.  What an amazing time I’ve had this year.

I’ve been so overwhelmed with the notes, emails and tweets about Fa La La. The happy stories people have already shared with their family, and with me on how the song has made indelible memories for them this year. This is a dream come true. As a composer, you only hope that people will connect and enjoy your art. I have been so blessed.

I’ve been blessed with some incredible people this year too. There are so so so so many people I am so thankful for, not just for this year but during this entire journey. For it takes a village to raise a Christmas song. Thank you to everyone that has helped me see through a dream.

As we spend this special day with our friends and family, I wish upon you and your loved ones a most beautiful Christmas. Today may come and go, but the Christmas spirit for me is everyday.
